By popular request, we’re bringing back Power Pom for another weekend! Join Jill Callejas this Saturday at 9:00am and practice your routines. Power Pom is a high energy workout, created by Jill, that uses basic cheerleading moves and weighted Pop Poms to tone muscles and blast calories. No cheerleading experience necessary. Just bring your spirit and come ready to shake! Class is open to all all levels. $10 Drop In for non-members. (Please wear sneakers)
