Quest Studio is comprised of 3 specialty fitness studios, within two locations, on one block in Jessup, PA.

Specialty Fitness Studio & Wellness Center – a 1,400 square ft studio located at 419 Church St. We offer fitness classes, metabolic testing, wellness coaching and personal and small group training.

Yoga Studio – a 1,500 square ft beautiful sanctuary located upstairs in an old refurbished church at 325 3rd Ave. We offer yoga, mobility classes, yoga workshops, and more.

Stretch & Recovery Studio is located in the lower level of the church, where we offer fascial stretch therapy, compression and percussive therapy and corrective exercise.
