Talia, owner of Quest Studio, has worked in the health & fitness industry for 18 years as an Exercise Physiologist, wellness coach and instructor. Her experience ranges from cardiac rehab, gastric bypass, pediatric weight management, sports performance, wellness & nutrition coaching, chiropractic and corporate fitness. Her goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident as she guides you on your journey toward better health and fitness.

Jamie

Jamie has always had an interest in physical activity but it wasn’t until 2 years ago when she became a member at Quest Studio that she took her love for fitness and health to a new level. Over the last two years, Jamie has utilized all that Quest has to offer including group fitness classes, health coaching, supplementation, and metabolic testing and watched her body transform. It was only natural that she take her passion to the front of the class to instruct, and she has recently been certified as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor.

Teresa has a B.S. In exercise science from Penn State University.  She has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and holds fitness certifications with YogaFit, Power Pilates, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, ACSM Health Fitness Instructor, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Teresa also teaches our student athlete speed, agility and injury prevention classes.

Lindsey

Lindsey discovered yoga 7 years ago after being drawn to the practice for it’s fitness benefits. She continues to find deeper meaning in her practice as she explores the mental health benefits and spiritual connection to life’s purpose. Lindsey is excited for the next chapter of her yoga journey as a 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and focuses her teaching on breath, intelligent sequencing, and creating a welcoming environment for students to step out of their comfort zones on and off the mat.

Maria

Maria is a local artist and art teacher. She began yoga 8 years ago as a way of coping with grief. She found yoga also added physical strength, emotional resilience and a spiritual path to her life. Maria now continues her yoga journey as a 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and uses her teaching to encourage self-awareness, empathy, and creative expression.
