Talia, owner of Quest Studio, has worked in the health & fitness industry for 20 years as an Exercise Physiologist, wellness and nutrition coach and instructor. Her experience ranges from cardiac rehab, gastric bypass, pediatric weight management, sports performance, wellness & nutrition coaching, chiropractic and corporate wellness. Her goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident as she guides you on your personalized journey toward better health and fitness. Talia has her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. She is a Level 3/Sports Specific Fascial Stretch Therapy Practitioner and has her 300+ hour Registered Yoga Teacher training, and specializes in adaptive yoga, yoga for athletes, corrective exercise, metabolic conditioning, TRX, Barre Above, TapFit, TRX, Zumba, Spin, and mush more!



Jamie has always had an interest in physical activity but it wasn’t until 3 years ago when she became a member at Quest Studio that she took her love for fitness and health to a new level. Over the last three years, Jamie has utilized all that Quest has to offer including group fitness classes, health coaching, supplementation, and metabolic testing and watched her body transform. Jamie teaches GRIND and is a certified as an Instructor for ACE Group Fitness, Barre Above, TapFit and TRX.



Teresa teaches Total Body Blast and has her Master’s Degree in exercise science.  She has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and holds fitness certifications with YogaFit, Power Pilates, Barre Above, TRX, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, ACSM Health Fitness Instructor, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Teresa also teaches our student athlete speed, agility and injury prevention classes.



Lindsey teaches our Vin Yin Rest & Restore class. She discovered yoga 8 years ago after being drawn to the practice for it’s fitness benefits. She continues to find deeper meaning in her practice as she explores the mental health benefits and spiritual connection to life’s purpose. Lindsey is excited for the next chapter of her yoga journey as a 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and focuses her teaching on breath, intelligent sequencing, and creating a welcoming environment for students to step out of their comfort zones on and off the mat.


Lily has been practicing yoga since 2017. She fell in love with the practice because of its ability to bring the mind and body into the present moment. Her passion for yoga has driven her to become a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher. She graduated from her training in November of 2022. Lily is also a student at Marywood University studying Nutrition and Dietetics with the hope of becoming a Registered Dietitian. She is passionate about health and wellness and excited to share her yoga journey with everyone!

Jill is a certified TAPfit and Barre Above Instructor, as well as the creator of our favorite Power Pom fitness class. She loves creating classes that fuse different modes of exercise together! Jill has worked in the health industry for decades, and now gets to share her love for fitness and dance with our community.

Jessie is a certified Group Exercise and Piloxing instructor, as well as a high school math teacher. Although she’s passionate about teaching in the classroom, she’s always had a vision of becoming a group fitness instructor and sharing her passion for dance and fitness with others Her favorite type of workout is one that is fun, energetic, and overall, creates a positive and very moving atmostphere! Her class is perfect for those looking for a fun way to put the “work” in working out and burn a ton of calories!


rebecca biagioli

Rebecca began exploring yoga in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the practice and its benefits, both physically and mentally. Since then, she has continued to deepen her practice through a variety of yoga styles. The space, clarity, and freedom that yoga has manifested within her is what she seeks to allow others to experience in her classes. She is forever a yoga student and loves experiencing the practice from the eyes of both a student and a teacher.

Julie is a very experienced teach and is a 500 hour RYT teacher. She will guide you to cultivate a strong body, quiet your mind and option your heart. Her classes are thoughtful and inspiring, linking your breath, body and mind to translate to calm and Peace. She believes that what we practice on our mats carries with us as we journey through our lives.
