Who else LOVES their air fryer?!?! Every holiday or dinner gathering at my house, I try to make up a new air fryer creation to serve as an appetizer with dinner. This is one of my new favorites and a future Christmas Staple!
Baked Shrimp Parmesan!
1.5 lbs cooked and peeled shrimp, drained.
Instructions:
Mix in a bowl:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 – 1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan
3-4 cloves fresh garlic minced
Season mixture with old bay, sea salt, ground pepper and parsley. Pour the mixture over shrimp and toss until coated. Cook in air fryer on 380 degrees for 12-18 minutes tossing every 3-4 minutes. Don’t have an air fryer? You can bake on a sheet in oven at the same temperature until golden brown. Pour the leftover mixture on top and serve warm with cocktail sauce. It’s also great served cold as an appetizer or tossed on a fresh salad! You could also double the mixture and use the extra “sauce” over rice or pasta, zucchini noodles or potatoes with fresh lemon.
