Healthy Holiday Appetizers

Looking for something festive to bring to that holiday party that you can munch on, and it won’t sabotage your goals? I LOVED making this fruit and veggie tray for our Xmas Pajama party at the studio! Just in case you didn’t remember,  we are supposed to eat 2 cups of fruits and 2 cups of veggies minimum per day (YES, PER DAY!)

Just a little tip: when you make them look like Santa and Christmas wreaths, you’re more likely to eat them! ?

Christmas Wreathe is one bunch of green grapes and 1/2 pint of strawberries sliced (you can also use raspberries) and I served with Fat-Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt.

For Santa I used one head of cauliflower chopped, one cucumber, a 1 1/2 pints of cherry tomatoes, and 2 olives. I served Fat-Free Greek yogurt (plain) mixed with a dip seasoning (you can use garden mix, ranch, dill, etc) and served in a little cup as the ball of Santa’s hat. These are a great idea to help get your kids to eat their fruits and veggies too!
