BARRE ABOVE fuses the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. Barre Above is barre for all bodies! No ballet experience necessary. Achieve an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body. Sneakers optional.

FLEX APPEAL incorporates total body strength training exercises using different equipment every class to build strength and lengthen and tone your muscles. Open to all levels. Wear sneakers.

GRIT is a circuit-style, interval workout that utilizes a combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning to increase strength, improve performance and boost your metabolism! Open to all levels. Wear sneakers. Be sure to come with your GRIT and give it all you’ve got!

Hip POP Fit is a fun, high-energy, cardio-dance workout. Get ready to get your heart rate pumping ad burn some serious calories all while dancing to your favorite hip-hop and pop songs! Fun for all ages and no dance experience required.

KICKBOXING: is a 50 minute high-intensity workout that combines mixed-martial arts and fitness aerobics via into a heart-pumping, cardio workout with various choreographed punches and kick combos. This class guides you through the proper execution of martial arts movements, making it safe for all fitness levels, and is a great class to burn calories, strengthen your core, and improve your coordination while developing flexibility and tone your body. Power Flow is an open-level moving meditation of a series of sun salutations, lunges, core strengthening, hip openers and inversions – designed to challenge the mind and body while building strength and flexibility.

QUEST KIDS FITNESS CLASS is for girls in grades 4 – 8 and incorporates fun workouts to help your students stay active after school, learn to prevent injury, and focus on improving their fitness level, strength, speed, mobility, and motivation.

R.I.P.P.E.D. is a total body workout open to all levels that incorporates a combination of resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, endurance, and diet. It challenges the body to respond to the constantly changing format within the class. Burn, build, and bulletproof your bodies with smiles and determination.

RISE & GRIND is a 50 minute fusion of HIIT training, Tabata and circuit style conditioning to help you achieve the results you’re looking for all before arriving at work! Skip the coffee and shake up your routine while also shaking off the pounds! All levels are welcome. Wear sneakers.

TAPfit: is different from other dance fitness classes becuase it allows you to make music with your feet – you don’t just dance TO the beat,  you BECOME the beat! Quest is only the 2nd studio to have TAPfit in the United States! The workouts are low impact, fun and easy-to-follow. We provide all equipment.

TOTAL BODY BOSU: This BOSU® Circuit class challenges your heart rate, strength, agility, and balance by utilizing the innovative BOSU® ball. Strengthen your core while burning calories and toning your muscles. Open to all levels. Wear Sneakers.

YOGA: Our open level yoga classes link together movement and breath to create a ‘Vinyasa flow.’ Every class is different and will offer modifications and challenges to suit each student. No shoes needed.
