Whether you’re a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, or a hard worker, improved flexibility and mobility can help with strength, speed, power, agility and endurance so you can do more of what you love. Sitting at a desk, overtraining and overworking can all negatively impact people to become active, or active people to achieve their peak performance. PST is an easy way to help counter these negative effects while improving overall wellness.  Apart from relaxing the muscles and alleviating pain, there are many other health benefits of PST, including increased mobility, improved sleep, and improved immunity.

If you’re not comfortable going for a massage, and stretching and yoga classes are not part of your daily routine, in PST you can reap the benefits of both, without having to exert energy, while maintaining proper safety protocols, bringing comfort to your day, and allow your body to tap into it’s relaxation state.
