We are excited to welcome a new instructor to our awesome team here at Quest Studio! Julie Brown began her yoga practice about 15years ago. While she has always made fitness a priority (a group fitness instructor over 20 years), she knew that there was more to yoga than just the asana practice. Having a fit, strong and healthy body was always a top priority. However, her inner health of the mind and spirit was calling her. Yoga became her priority and passion.
Julie is a very experienced teacher and is a 500 hour RYT instructor. Join her on Saturdays at 10 AM beginning March 6. She will guide you to cultivate a strong body, quiet your mind, and open your heart. Her classes are thoughtful and inspiring. Linking breath, body and mind translates to calm and peace. She believes that what we practice on our mats carriers with us as we journey through our lives. Class is open to all levels to attend in person and live stream. $10 drop in for non-members
