Vin Yin Yoga, also referred to as Yin Yang Yonga, is a yoga sequence that combines Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. The Vinyasa portion warms the body up and rids your body of excess Prana, or energy. Following, your body is ready to relax and lengthen with ease and gravity during long supported holds in the Yin Yoga portion to get deep into the fascia during a still meditation. Class will be held on Sunday, January 12 at 5:30pm with Quest Instructor Marissa Semon, in our new location, by candlelight, at 325 3rd St. Jessup, PA. $10 Drop In for non-members. Our Vin Yin Series will be held every Second Sunday of the month.
