Join Quest Instructor, Lindsey Riddell Sunday February 23 10:00am to rest into postures with the body fully supported by the use of props for a restorative yoga class. The gentle, supported postures and comforting props create a deep sense of relaxation and surrender. Be guided through a meditation to focus on self love and healing and receive your own Rose Quartz, a symbol of universal love for yourself and others.
