We are excited to have our friend Danielle Gliniecki join us this as a guest instructor this Tuesday, January 21 at 5:30pm to teach a Hip Hop Dance Fitness Class! Danielle is a certified group fitness instructor and has been teaching Hip Hop Fitness for 7 years. This high energy, cardio-dance workout will make you burn some serious calories while learning some hip hop moves that will have you dance-floor ready in no time!
