Inhale, Exhale and practice Gratitude with Guest Instructor, Rebecca Biagioli on Sunday, April 18 at 5:30pm for a Pop Up Gratitude Yoga class. Take an hour and practice in honor of the things you are grateful for in your life and share that gratitude with others. Yoga is experimenting with your mind, body, breath and spirit through curiosity. Gratitude Yoga offers balance between your individual expression and the connections you make with one another. It is important to graciously remind ourselves of the things in life that helped us become who we are today and guide us to become who we want to be tomorrow. Open to all levels.
