We sent out a survey to our members asking what they’d like to see more to help our schedule be the best options available to help them become their best self. Some of the suggestions that were asked for consistently across the board were:
– additional 6:00 am classes
– more barre classes
– more dance fitness classes
– more strength classes
We are excited to launch our new Spring Schedule beginning Monday, March 2nd, that has been created based on YOUR requests! We added an additional 6:00 am Rise ‘n’ Grind, switching to Monday/Wednesday/Friday. We also added a new barre class with Theresa on Wednesdays at 6:45PM and Dance Fitness on Thursdays at 5:30pm with Danielle. We will also be introducing a new strength training/small group training program in April with our new location. We welcome our newest additions to our Quest Tribe of Instructors.
