This is 6 week Holiday Survival Tabata Bootcamp for the UNFIT to GET FIT…and for the FIT to STAY fit during the holiday season! Tabata GX Bootcamp is a comprehensive total body workout that focuses on lower body, upper body, and core providing both cardio and strength to help build muscle and crush those cookie calories. Within each workout, participants will experience short intervals based on Tabata Bootcamp’s training that delivers a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost (ie. boosts your metabolism to burn calories after the workout). Tabata Bootcamp’s motto is “Quality, not quantity”, offering an effective workout that maximizes your results in minimal time. Modifications will be provided as needed, making this BootCamp open to all levels. This 6 week program is being offered for only $120 and will start November 13 and classes will be held three times per week on Wednesday & Fridays at 6:00 am and on Saturdays at 8:00am. Classes are 50 minutes. Undecided if you want to join? Drop-in and try out a class for $10 and if you decide to join during week one, we will put that as credit toward the full cost of BootCamp. Can’t commit? Drop in for $10 for any class during the duration of the program. You will receive a Pre & Post Bootcamp weigh in and fitness test, along with our Quest Kickstart nutrition Plan.
