GRIT is a 45 minute circuit-style, interval workout that utilizes a combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning to increase strength, improve performance and boost your metabolism! This class welcomes all levels but be ready to come with GRIT and give it all you’ve got! Grit: “Perseverance and passion for long-term goals.” Typically this class is offered Fridays at 4:30 PM, but we are going to do a Pop Up Class with Jamie on Friday, February 7 at 5:00 PM for one day only!
