A grind is a short term dedication and discipline so you can relax on the results your hard work produced! Our new class GRIND is a 50 minute fusion of HIIT Training, Tabata, and circuit style conditioning to help you achieve the results you’re looking for. This class will focus on strength, while also burning off the pounds! All levels are welcome. $10 Drop In for non-members. Please wear sneakers. Pre-registration required.
