Join Jill in the month of May for a fusion of two of your favorite classes, TapFit & S.I.N. (aka Strength in Numbers), focusing on your favorite: Butts & Guts! TAPfit is different from other dance fitness classes because it allows you to make music with your feet – you don’t just dance TO the beat, you BECOME the beat! S.I.N’s class will focus on and Numbers. Why Numbers? We want you to come workout together and 2, it will be based on number combinations of 3’s and 10’s. It’d be a SIN to miss it! All fitness levels welcome! This workout is low impact, fun and easy to follow. The ‘Feet Beats’ easily slip over any gym shoe all equipment is provided here for you at Quest. All you need to bring is your energy and your dance moves! Sneakers are required. Bring your own mat. Available in person and live stream. $10 Drop in for non-members.
