Whether you’re just starting your journey with us at Quest Studio or are continuing your progress throughout the year, we invite you to complete our Quarter 2 Benchmark Fitness Test so you can continue to track your progress. As a studio, we complete the Benchmark test every 90 days and encourage you to take your measurements, capture before and after photos, and take our 5 minute Fitness Test, following the guidelines IN THIS VIDEO. We don’t care where you’re starting, what the scale says or whether or not you’ve worked out in a while. We care about you and can’t wait to see your results! Want accountability?
