BARRE ABOVE fuses the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. Barre Above is barre for all bodies! No ballet experience necessary. Achieve an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body. Sneakers optional.

CARDIO KICKBOXING: is a 50 minute high-intensity workout that combines mixed-martial arts and fitness aerobics via into a heart-pumping, cardio workout with various choreographed punches and kick combos. This class guides you through the proper execution of martial arts movements, making it safe for all fitness levels, and is a great class to burn calories, strengthen your core, and improve your coordination while developing flexibility and tone your body. FLEX APPEAL incorporates total body strength training exercises using different equipment every class to build strength and lengthen and tone your muscles. Open to all levels. Wear sneakers.

GRIT is a circuit-style, interval workout that utilizes a combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning to increase strength, improve performance and boost your metabolism! Open to all levels. Wear sneakers. Be sure to come with your GRIT and give it all you’ve got!

PILOXING is a high-energy interval workout where Pilates meets Boxing meets Dance. This dynamic program moves through heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations to sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movement to ‘let yourself GO’ dance releases, and back around again. Never have you enjoyed sweating so much! Sneakers optional.

QUEST KIDS FITNESS CLASS is for girls in grades 4 – 8 and incorporates fun workouts to help your students stay active after school, learn to prevent injury, and focus on improving their fitness level, strength, speed, mobility, and motivation.

RISE & GRIND is a 50 minute fusion of HIIT training, Tabata and circuit style conditioning to help you achieve the results you’re looking for all before arriving at work! Skip the coffee and shake up your routine while also shaking off the pounds! All levels are welcome. Wear sneakers.

SOULFUEL:  created by Kristen Langan, is a 60 minute class that clears the mind, revives the spirit and challenges students physically through plyometrics, varied bodyweight and light weight exercises, and meditation to engage the body and the mind. Learning to be comfortable in the discomforts of the body and mind, this class opens the heart, and helps to create a lean and strong physique. Sneakers optional.

TOTAL BODY BOSU: This BOSU® Circuit class challenges your heart rate, strength, agility, and balance by utilizing the innovative BOSU® ball. Strengthen your core while burning calories and toning your muscles. Open to all levels. Wear Sneakers.

YOGA: Our open level yoga classes link together movement and breath to create a ‘Vinyasa flow.’ Every class is different and will offer modifications and challenges to suit each student. No shoes needed.

YOGAFITLATES is a Pilates-Yoga fusion class, combining the strength of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga. Develop core strength, reduce stress, and stretch, strengthen and tone your muscles without adding bulk. Great for beginners. No shoes needed.
